This would probably have had an oil or kerosene burner as illumination - has been retro fitted with a very old light fitting and cord - certainly would be advisable to return to original for display, or to have it rewired if anyone wanted to get it working. Huge lens - not easily shown, and a photographic paper holder which can be varied to accommodate contact printing a range of negative sizes.
